What is an RTM home?

RTM stands for Ready-To-Move. Your home is constructed to your specifications at our site and delivered to your land. RTM’s, unlike modular homes, are constructed in one piece, to the same specifications as an on-site custom built home. RTM’s are designed to go on a full foundation or crawl space, not onto cement pads. In short, a RTM is a structurally sound, custom built home delivered to your door that are built to the same specifications or better than an on-site built home.

We want to help you design and build a home that’s a perfect fit for you, your family, lifestyle and budget. Jade Homes are 100% customizable—you can tweak floor plans, add to them or start from scratch. Our dedicated project managers, designers and builders are passionate about bringing your dream to life.

Once you decide to customize your home, our design team will support you through the design, drafting and selection process (it’s all included once you pay the custom home deposit). We’ll bring our excellent customer service, fair prices, high-quality materials and seamless building process like we always do.

Moving day

We will coordinate the delivery of your home so that it arrives to your location safe and sound. We have the experience and expertise to ensure transportation rolls smoothly.

On-site service

We will make sure your home is exactly what you were expecting. Once we deliver the home, it is your responsibility for all set-ups.

warranty
