We’re here to help you design and build a home that perfectly fits your family, lifestyle, and budget. Jade Homes are fully customizable—you can adjust floor plans, add features, or start from scratch. Our dedicated team of project managers, designers, and builders is passionate about making your dream home a reality.
Once you choose to customize, our design team will guide you through the drafting and selection process, all included with your deposit. You can expect excellent customer service, fair pricing, high-quality materials, and a seamless building experience.

Plan & design
Collaborate with a designer to create your custom home. You can modify existing designs or start fresh. After finalizing your floor plan, a $6,000 non-refundable deposit will cover your blueprint. We can meet in person, via email, or over the phone—it’s all about what’s best for you!

Pricing
Our pricing is fair and transparent, ensuring you know where your money goes. We consider your budget throughout the design process and explore creative options to meet your needs without overspending.

Sign contract
Once you approve the floor plan and the price, we sign the contract and agree on a delivery date. Your home will be delivered just six months from the day you sign the contract!

We build your home
Receive weekly updates and photos during construction. Our team will conduct quality control walkthroughs to ensure everything meets your specifications. You’ll get deadlines for design choices and support throughout the process.

Delivery & walk-through
We’ll secure your house to the foundation and conduct an initial walk-through to identify any minor repairs needed. Once utilities are connected, we’ll handle all repair work, ensuring your satisfaction.

New home warranty process
Eleven months after delivery, we’ll conduct another walk-through to address any remaining repairs. In Alberta and Saskatchewan, you’ll also be included in the Progressive Home Warranty Program, which is included in our pricing. Additionally, many suppliers provide warranty programs and excellent customer service.
